Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to ensure a smooth process:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will happily cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • After Shipping:
    Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item according to our Return & Refund Policy once it arrives. Please see the Returns section for more details.

2. Order Modifications

  • If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating the delivery address, removing an item, or adjusting the quantity), please contact us immediately. We will make the change as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • After the order has been shipped, modifications are not possible.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If your cancellation request is approved after your order has already been processed or shipped, we will notify you of the next steps for returning the item and obtaining a refund.
